The Center of expertise for digital platform regulation (PEReN) has submitted its activity report for 2022 to its supervisory ministers (Economy, Culture and Digital).
In accordance with Article 5 of its reference decree, Center of expertise for digital platform regulation (PEReN) has submitted its activity report covering the year 2022 to its supervisory ministers (Economy, Culture and Digital).
For PEReN, this second full year of operation was a year of consolidation and recognition of its place as a technical referent within the ecosystem of digital platform and AI regulation. Identified more and more spontaneously by the players, the adequacy of its expertise and productions to the needs of State services in the field are the subject of consensus. In fact, 2022 was also marked by the implementation of the Center's new intervention framework: extension of its services to independent authorities and power of experimentation and academic research.
Mobilizing a team of experts with cutting-edge profiles, PEReN today stands out for its ability to "do" as well as analyze. It carries out all its projects using its own resources, with a view to capitalizing on expertise within public authorities and sovereignty.
